Rubbish Doctor reserves the right to determine whether a requested service is available at a particular location or under particular circumstances.

2. Website Use

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee that Rubbish Doctor will be able to provide the requested service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service requested, dumpster size, rental period, location, materials, weight, access, additional services, and other applicable circumstances.

Additional charges may apply when permitted under the applicable booking or service agreement.

Examples may include charges related to:

• Additional rental days
• Excess weight
• Prohibited or restricted materials
• Additional trips
• Difficult or blocked access
• Additional labor or services
• Damage to equipment
• Other services requested by the customer

Any applicable charges should be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for paying amounts due under their applicable booking or service agreement.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and modification policies may vary depending on the service booked.

If you need to change or cancel a service, contact Rubbish Doctor as soon as possible.

Rubbish Doctor may charge applicable cancellation, rescheduling, trip, or other fees when permitted by the applicable booking terms.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated during the booking process will apply to that booking.

6. Dumpster Placement and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the intended dumpster location and ensuring that the location is reasonably accessible.

Customers must disclose relevant information that could affect delivery, placement, servicing, or pickup.

This may include:

• Narrow driveways
• Gates
• Low branches
• Overhead wires
• Soft or unstable ground
• Restricted access
• Construction activity
• Other obstacles or hazards

Rubbish Doctor may refuse or modify placement when a location presents an unreasonable safety risk, access issue, property concern, or other operational problem.

The customer may be responsible for damage or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information or unsafe or inaccessible placement conditions, subject to applicable law and the applicable service agreement.

7. Customer Responsibility for Property

Customers are responsible for identifying suitable placement locations and informing Rubbish Doctor of known conditions that may affect service.

Rubbish Doctor will take reasonable care during delivery, servicing, and pickup.

However, dumpster placement and removal may cause or contribute to ordinary wear or surface impacts depending on the property and conditions.

Customers should notify Rubbish Doctor of relevant concerns before delivery.

8. Acceptable and Prohibited Materials

Customers may only place materials that Rubbish Doctor permits for the particular dumpster or service.

Certain materials may be prohibited or restricted.

Examples may include:

• Hazardous materials
• Certain chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Fuels
• Explosives
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical or biological waste
• Certain appliances or electronics
• Tires
• Batteries
• Other materials restricted by law, disposal facilities, or Rubbish Doctor

The list of prohibited or restricted materials may change.

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the materials they intend to dispose of.

Do not assume that a material is accepted simply because it is not specifically listed on this website.

Contact Rubbish Doctor before placing questionable materials in a dumpster.

9. Prohibited Materials and Additional Charges

If prohibited or restricted materials are placed in a dumpster, Rubbish Doctor may require the customer to remove those materials or may take other appropriate action.

The customer may be responsible for applicable costs associated with prohibited or restricted materials, including disposal, sorting, handling, transportation, cleaning, or other charges, when permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.

Rubbish Doctor may refuse to transport or dispose of materials that cannot legally or safely be handled.

10. Weight and Capacity

Dumpster capacity and weight limitations vary by dumpster type, service, disposal facility, and applicable requirements.

Customers are responsible for staying within applicable limits communicated by Rubbish Doctor.

Overweight loads or loads that exceed applicable capacity may result in additional charges, load adjustment, refusal of pickup, or other appropriate action.

Rubbish Doctor may require a load to be adjusted before transportation when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or disposal requirements.

11. Full Service Dumpster Services

Full Service Dumpster services may include delivery of a dumpster and removal of eligible materials by Rubbish Doctor personnel.

The exact scope of Full Service Dumpster services depends on the booking.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property and work area.

Rubbish Doctor may decline to perform work when conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope of service.

Additional labor, material, access, or disposal requirements may result in additional charges when agreed to or otherwise permitted under the applicable service terms.

12. Community Clean-Up Program

Rubbish Doctor operates a community assistance initiative called the:

Rubbish Doctor Community Clean-Up Program

Under the program, Rubbish Doctor contributes $25 of its own funds for each qualifying dumpster rental or Full Service Dumpster booking toward the Community Clean-Up Fund.

The $25 contribution:

• Is made by Rubbish Doctor
• Is not an additional customer fee
• Is not taken from the customer’s purchase price
• Is not a customer charitable donation

Customers should not represent the $25 contribution as a charitable contribution made by them or as a tax deduction.

Community members may nominate individuals for potential assistance.

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the nominee will be selected or receive services.

Recipients are selected according to the Community Clean-Up Program’s applicable eligibility criteria, available funding, service area, safety requirements, cleanup feasibility, program capacity, and other applicable considerations.

Rubbish Doctor may modify, pause, suspend, or discontinue the Community Clean-Up Program subject to applicable law.

13. Nominations

When submitting a Community Clean-Up Program nomination, you agree that the information you provide should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You should only provide photographs, personal information, or other materials that you have permission to submit.

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee:

• Selection
• A free cleanup
• A particular service
• A specific dollar value of services
• A particular cleanup date
• Public recognition

Rubbish Doctor may contact the nominator or nominee for additional information.

14. Customer Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that Rubbish Doctor may contact you regarding:

• Bookings
• Services
• Scheduling
• Payments
• Customer service
• Requests you submit
• Community Clean-Up Program matters
• Other communications reasonably related to your interaction with Rubbish Doctor

Marketing communications may be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting Rubbish Doctor.

15. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current.

However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

Prices, availability, dumpster sizes, service descriptions, photographs, promotional offers, and other information may change without notice.

Rubbish Doctor reserves the right to correct errors and update website content.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

Rubbish Doctor does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party websites or services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
